I hail from Monticello, a charming town in the breathtaking Catskill Mountains of New York. The harsh winters of my childhood never dampened my spirit, as my siblings and I spent our time inventing new pastimes to keep ourselves occupied. Growing up in an artistic household, I was taught to foster my creativity and ingenuity. My parents were advocates for the arts, and I was not allowed to use the word "bored." Instead, I was encouraged to express myself through any medium, be it oil paints, watercolors, poetry or song. When I moved to Alabama, I continued amassing my artistic skills, and the stunning natural surroundings offered me even more inspiration. Now, as a resident of Washington State, I am confident in my ability to capture breathtaking vistas with my creative expression.
Growing up, my intense passion for nature led me to explore various art forms. I completed my undergraduate studies at Athens State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies. Later, I pursued my Master of Arts in English at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. I have also received formal training from the renowned sculptor and artist, Gail Bergeron, known for her work on "The Trail Where They Cried." My expertise is creating unique and captivating pieces across various mediums, including abstract art, landscape photography, poster design, sculpture, room design, and poetry.
I have always had an unyielding passion for expressing beauty through various art forms. My ultimate dream is to inspire and encourage a legacy of creativity through my work. I strive to push the boundaries by using unconventional tools to create unique and innovative pieces. Above all, my goal is to empower and educate others on their creative abilities and help them cultivate unforgettable art.
